Shen Zhong Er disguises herself as a man named Tian Qi and becomes a personal doctor in Ji Mansion. Years ago, her parents were doctors in that mansion and they were brutally killed. Zhong Er must investigate it thoroughly so she can take revenge.

While digging the past, Zhong Er...ehm..I mean, Tian Qi, has to serve the moody master of the house, Ji Heng. Ji Heng loves bullying her, using her life as a stake, and makes her do as he wishes. However, he begins to acknowledge her medical skills as she treats his insomnia. 

Okay, he’s cute! And handsome! That’s it. That’s my ultimate reason to watch this. 

But, I’m still going to talk about the story.

Even though the idea of gender disguising is nothing new, it follows the illusion that men and women are so hard to distinguish. Is it the general too stupid or what? She's chubby with bulged chest!!! However, this is what makes it interesting. All the subtle gay materials crack me. Like when Ji Heng told Tian Qi to help him undress. OMG, that's too hilarious. While Tian Qi panics for seeing a man's bare body, Ji Heng starts thinking he must be attracted to him.

To add flavor for this story, we have A Zheng (Ji Heng's younger brother) who falls in love with Zhong Er at first sight. Although he shows interest by drawing her picture dearly, after 12 episodes he seems to be more concerned about Zhong Er's motive for staying in Ji Mansion. He doesn't seem to make a fight for her love.
