In every bullying plots, there are 3 parts playing: the bully, the bullied and the bystanders. Most of the time, bystanders are more than the bullies, but lack in bargaining power. Among the bystanders, the ignorant teacher is the most detested. A teacher who has the power to stop bullying, but choose to turn a blind, should not be a teacher. I was told a teacher is our second parent at the school. But, lately, the teacher seems less and less care about students. Most just want to deliver lesson material, and that's it.
Kids can be cruel and it's an adult's job to correct their behaviors. If a teacher, as the adult, let the bullying continues, kids learn that the behavior is okay. It means a crack in their mind and they're going to bring it to adulthood. What kind of human do you think we're raising here?
