Sangen'ya Machi is the new transferred Brokerage Business Department Chief. Despite her beautiful look, she's a strong-willed high achiever real estate agent. There's no home she couldn't sell. She always look up every customer's detail to fit their requirement. That's why her sale always touch people's heart.
Her strong determination leads her to push other employees to work harder. Yes, there are complaints here and there.

I really like the first episode. For me, it's about a successful woman trying to stand on her feet. In the world of talent, there's no gender or age. We should just talk about accomplishment. But, in reality, people expect you to pay attention to that details which are not work related. You need to listen to your senior (but, what if the senior is not good enough?) You need to take care of younger employee (well, she was younger one before and she survived).
When a woman is so good that she can lead, people says she's bossy. It's hardly happened to a man. Even when the boss like Yashiro Chief who's often softhearted by subordinate's complaint is acceptable. Well, for me, he's not a good one. He tries to capture everyone's heart by being nice, but the job won't be completed by being nice. Someone must do the job and more likely to take over the job from the incompetent employee the Chief keep spoiling. It's definitely not a good leadership.

On top of that, her coworker badmouths Sangen'ya for being single. Duh, I really hate incapable people like that. You have to work when at work. What does her private life have anything to with work? On the contrary, people who question that usually bring family matters as an excuse for unable to perform well. So, the family is a handicap?

The more I watch this show, the more I'm in love with it. The lines are natural, but hit right in the chest. Check some of my favorite lines below:
