Mio is approached by a guy on her way to meet a friend. That guy is called Edogawa Keishi and he claims of having vision about her. In his vision, Mio is going to be stabbed at midnight. Mio and Keishi start looking for potential culprit to alter the fate.

The main idea of this story is that people has to make their own future. Some futures are made for us, but we can always change it. Life has meaning when you refuse to surrender to the fate.
