Satori is killed by mysterious black man who can teleport from place to another easily. A couple ordinary people caught his bullets, leaving one high school girl as survivor. Unidentified Crime Unit is assigned to protect the girl because she's the only witness. The girl is transported to "Dead End", the ultimate safe asylum created to shelter SPEC holders.
Sebumi suspects Ninomae to be the murder, but Touma insists he's already dead. Sebumi then witnesses Touma's SPEC power: the ability to call dead spec holder. Therefore he believes that Ninomae is dead. Sebumi, who doesn't want to rely on SPEC power, decides to challenge the black man alone. On the other hand, Touma calls dead SPEC holders they met in the series to help her targeting the black man.
I have watch this for couple times and there are always new details I recognize. For example, when Sebumi pulls out iPhone from his paper bag. OMG. This is hilarious. Can somebody please buy him a proper bag? hahahhaha.
