Budhism Vocational School (Bussen) is open for business. This could help the temple to survive. 7 applicants are interviewed to be enrolled. Frankly speaking, they’re not the cutest kids in the world. Take a look of them:

- Tamura Shosuke who comes with ponny-tail hair style. 

- Jo Atsushi dreamt of becoming punk rocker

- Tokunaga Koji runs away from omiai (arranged married) because his partner is super ugly.

- Sanjo Tsubasa is actually a woman aiming to be the star of Takarazuka. She wants to learn how to be a real man in Bussen.

- Kinzo Hiroshi thinks that being bozu will make him popular.

- Kitagawa Hidetoshi just likes to eat.

- Watanabe Yoshiki enters this school based on his girl friend’s recommendation. However, the gf is a doll he always caring.

However, Shonosuke is more than just a new student. He is actually a monk from another temple, assigned by his supervisor, Teiho sama, to spies on this poor temple to find its weaknesses. 

This drama has energetic soundrack performed by Lead. Ah, it's been years since I heard them. They sounds good. The story also made into stage play by the same cast. Even though it's nothing bombastic, it's amusing, right?
