Asada sensei is back. But, instead of coming to prestigious hospital, he chooses to join the hospital belong to his former teacher, Sakurai sensei. The place is on the verge of bancruptcy as the only doctor available is the owner himself. Asada, then, gathers Team Dragon to revive this hospital.

The famous hospital chain, L&P has been trying to take over Sakurai Hospital to ensure its domination in medical world. However, Sakurai sensei doesn't want to lose to L&P's capitalism way to serve patient. But, how long can Sakurai Hospital can survive without new capital?

I bet good doctor get it hard when trying to deal with idealism and reality. Bad doctor only thinks of money and fame, though.
