The children serial killer, Kiyomaru Kunihide, has just been released from prison when he kills a 7 years old Chika chan. Unfortunately, Chika's grand father is the wealthy Ninagawa who declares 1 billion bounty for anyone who can killed Kiyomaru. To save his life, the villain turned himself to Fukuoka Police Station.

A team of five is sent to transport Kiyomaru to Tokyo. But, their mission is filled with troubles. Everyone wants to get their hands to the bounty, so they have to fight not only citizens, but also medics and police officers. Can they fulfill their duty?
Along the movie, I was still hoping that in the end I'll find Kiyomaru's bright side. Probably he was so unfortunate that turned him into a psycho. But, after two hours, no lights coming out and he's just a big bastard.
This reinforces my old hypothesis after watching Nou Otoko, that a psychopath can't be cure. They can't be control as well. If they were a machine, they already lost important part since the creation phase. Don't let them out. They're not save to be with other people.
