After the battle between demon and fairy, Chidi Woman sacrificed her life, and the moon supreme, Dong Fang Qing Cang sealed in Haoyutian Tower. 3.000 years later, a weak orchid, Xiao Lan Hua was accidentally sucked into the tower, opening the chance for Dong Fang Qing Cang.
Xiao Lan Hua released the Moon Lord by mistake. Their fate is tangled when they're tied by an ancient spell causing Dong Fang Qing Cang can feel Xiao Lan Hua's feelings. Whenever she gets hurt, he's wounded too. Any occasion she's feeling blue, he shed tears. And now, two creatures from different beginnings, statuses, and opposite personalities live together.
Dong Fang Qing Cang's ultimate goal is to take revenge on the fairies and liberate thousands of demon armies frozen in the battle 3.000 years ago. But, knowing Xiao Lan Hua slowly changes his perspective. Despite being weak and low in status, Xiao Lan Hua is very optimistic and seems to enjoy life so much. Living with her makes people happy. The Moon Lord soon fell for her. But what to do? She's part of the enemy.
Okay, that's it. I'm not going to talk much since everybody might have watched this drama. It's one of the most popular web dramas this year. Please allow me to ramble what this drama appeal to me:costume, especially DFQC's horn headgear. Pretty, pretty, and pretty. It's a combination of crown and any Kamen Rider head. That's the first thing to awe me.
Second, every time DFQC swaps bodies with XLH. Everybody agrees Didi did an excellent job converting from charismatic cold Lord to cute anxious little grass.
Third, the visual really pleasing to my eyes. It's very much similar to the donghua (still watching it), with vibrant color.
