39 years old Daisuke is finally moving into his own condo, his white castle. He's a guy with severe obsessive compulsive behavior and really loves being alone. It was years ago when his girl friend broke up with him because she wanted to get married. Now, she's a happy housewife with two kids. 

But, being alone is the best thing that ever happen to Daisuke. He doesn't break any rule and he doesn't bother other people, right? Still, his father thinks differently. He suspects Daisuke to be very lonely for living alone in Tokyo. Therefore, he suddenly stops by. Not only he's meddlesome guy, he also brings a middle school boy with him, the one he calls the new son. OMG. This old man just got married and suddenly the wife ran away leaving her son in his hand. This is a disaster in Daisuke's world!

Daisuke's neighbor, Hanako faces another problem. Having divorced her husband, Hanako stands as a tough woman, if not so demanding. However, this attitude is not helping when she needs to guide younger staff. She's burden with naive 20's girl who can't seem to understand how professionality means. 

The two neighbors eventually meet and share their problems.

Geez, I love this dorama. It's funny and so relatable. Marriage is not the key of your happiness, people. But, if you're lucky enough to find a person who can ease your pain, then don't let her/him go. Otherwise, stop yourself from making your partner's life miserable. XD
