Miyahara Kazuya was bullied in his elementary school days, therefore he develops phobia of touching dirty things and people. One day, he meets an old woman named Sachiko, digging a hole. Sachiko mistakes him as her dead husband, Tadanobu. To his surprise, that senile old lady is the grandmother of Nakamura Ayame, the girl he had crush on. Miyahara and Ayame play along the grandmother’s delusion that think they were in war era.
People fear something(s). Some fears need to be embraced, but others need be overcome. Although I believe that supporting people could help you overcoming fear, the one who should execute is yourself. You can’t change just because someone is pushing you. You change because your own move.
Fukada says that he’s being bullied in middle school, so he moves to this high school where he thought none would know him. Miyahara decides to make peace with his past and grab Fukada’s hand.
