Akita is a stern medical examiner in Kanto Medical Examiner's office. He's assigned to train the apprentice, Yoshizaki Kaoruko. They help police deciding the cause of death. But, Akita doesn't take decision based on post-modem operation only, he also visits crime scene before announcing his conclusion. He doesn't found human relationship and motive to be interesting, though. Even if he knows something, he doesn't talk about it. He's clearly a good worker, but a broken human.
While Akita doesn't think and act like normal people, Kaoruko confront him with all her might. Akita slowly opens his heart….
There are two doramas by the same theme this season and this could lead to wrong way. Though the main characters share the same type of personality, we have Watanabe Shu here. And he's so cute! I need to see him in more dorama.
Terawaki san is one of the most handsome middle-age actor for me. I like him since Ohisama. His skills is amazing. He knows how to create the abnormal personality of Akita Shinya. It's hard to not comparing him with the main cast of the other drama, but hey, experience influences quality, right?
