Each episode tells different story about kid and their father. In any point of life, a kid could misunderstood the father. Thus, they grow with various negative perception about the old man. Here, the director shows us that every father is a hero.
I only watch the 5th episode because of Maki and Junpei, though. Maki plays a cop who always strict and has sharp tongue named Mifuyu. Her father is a toku suit actor and he looks lame to her. One day, her childhood friend and fellow policeman says he wanted her to not attend his wedding ceremony. It seems like the fiance is very much jealous of her. Of course, Mifuyu can't take happily. Suddenly her father comes into picture to mediate....
I think this is pretty funny. The last person you want to rely on (aka lame father) is actually taking the first turn to help you. On the other hand, the one whom you think important (childhood friend) asks you to miss his big day sounds like a dump for me. lol
