1968. Tokyo will hold Olympic for the first time in Asia. The enormous construction works here and there when government try to prepare for the big event. Little who knows that Olympic has been put into hostage by a poor Tokyo University student named Shimazaki.
He cames from poor village in Akita and work as part timer in a construction site where his brother used to work. The brother worked too hard that he fell into pilodon (some kind of extacy), then died of over dosed. Shimazaki blames the Olympic for taking so many poor workers lives in its development. He sends bombs everywhere under the name of notorious serial bomber, Soka Jiro.
While trying to keep this issue from public’s consciousness, MPD’s Criminal Investigation Unit chases the lonely terrorist.
