Everybody knows that Hiromasa is disliked by his mother-in-law, Otome. 19 years ago he got his wife pregnant, Mari, when she was only 18.
One day, his father-in-law suddenly passed away. The old man was mayor who loves his city so much. Before his final moment, he was against the die of building waste disposal facility. Otome decides that Hiromasa should run election to carry on his will.
How can a man with no ambition like him becomes the most important person in the Nishi-Akebono city? But, by the help of Otome and all people around him, he slowly becomes a decent lord, not only as the head of a city, but also as head of the family.
OMG, I love Watabe Atsuro's troublesome face. haha. He's indeed a brilliant actor. He's so funny playing awkward mayor. But, my main reason picking this series is because I want to see Makki. So handsome. *kyaaaa*
