When Detective Murakami and his partner, Nakabayashi, arrive in a massacre crime scene, what's await them is a girl holding a fresh bloody heart. They take her into custody, of course, but all she talks about is the girl ghost standing behind them, informing that she was murdered. It's hard to believe by normal people. But, CBI's Detective Murakami can see ghost. He just never tell other people about it. Therefore, he picks that story and follows the lead into a driving course. There they meet few guys who's currently haunting the city with children bombing. They pass bomb to children and having fun watching those kids explode.
Hashi from Spiritual Affairs quickly learns the girl's identity. Just like many phenomenons rising lately, people are releasing their alter ego after accident or suicide attempt. The alter ego forms another human shape, just like the main body. But, they have different personality. The alter ego lives with personality main body wanted to suppress. When the Alter Egos find the main bodies, they take the heart and turn rampage. Thus, this is where heart eater case started.
This movie is combination of psycho and mystical. So, be ready to see ghost and blood. The idea is obviously based on psychoanalysis theory. How do you like the side of personality you wanted to surprise breaks free? Nah, I think those who enjoy psychological thriller would love this. abnormal behavior
But, Masa is amazingly cool! *doki doki*. Haha. I hardly seen him on tv so I feel kinda excited. Furthermore, he's taking a cool, quite brute, but calm police inspector. Such a perfect role!!!
