Endo Keita works
for travel agency and always comes up with weird tour ideas. Even so, he loves
his job and he never scares to challenge new idea. But, one day, he’s
transfered to Narita Airport to be Apoyan. It’s what they call people who send
customers until they get into plane. At first, he thought it’s just to be an
easy usher job. He never expects that sending customers with smile is the
hardest thing of all. This is not a job for half-assed man.
I find airport
can be confusing some time. As passenger, we don’t really know every single
detail of that place. We get lost. we’re afraid to wander. Even if I got into
airport often for work travel, I have no time to check every corner. Getting
help from designated staff is highly welcome. However, what we need is more
than information, but also friendly attitude.
Seeing this
drama makes me sad. It's so ironic because I hardly find a full service staff like
Imaizumi san. Most of airport
staffs resembles the character of Endo Keita from the first. Stupid, careless,
and always blame on passenger.
