Kyosyuke was born from SM queen mother and police father. Though he has high sense of justice, he's weak. But, one day, the girl he likes, Aiko Himeno, is taken as hostage by 2 robbers. Too shy to appear in front of her, he steals someone's clothes and puts mask on his face. However, the thing he thought mask is actually lady's panties. Suddenly he feels streams of power beneath him and Hentai Kamen is born.

Hentai Kamen soon becomes the city's famous. He's pervert, but he saves lots of people. Hentai Kamen's ultimate goal is to protect his heroine, Aiko from dirty Towatari sensei and Tamao Oogane.

This is a movie that I will never watch again. Yes, it's funny, but it's disgusting. I'm amazed that Keishu Ando sensei came up with this story. Definitely won't read the manga. Fyi, Shun Oguri helps writing the script. This is his first project as script writer. There are so many ikemen actors in this movie, but they only appear for 5 seconds *Ugh, Shun is so cruel!!!*

But, one good thing this movie bring is that it introduces me to the amazing MAN WITH A MISSION. Damn, I love their song, EMOTIONS, which is used as the official soundtrack.
