Inspector Fukuie is a very persistent investigator. She would dig everything until she finds satisfatory resolution. Her colleagues and superior find her annoying, though. However, 

her inquiries bring lights to every case police thought closed. She ends saving police department from making wrong judgement.

I guess they just hate her for being diligent. Since she’s much more meticulous and smart 

than them, they are afraid her achievement would conceal their existence. well, untalented 

people often caught in that kind dilemma, ha.

Although this series has no ikemen cast, I find this very intriguing. Unlike many detective stories where the hero/heroine jump into conclusion just to show how clever he/she is, 

this drama leads us from one clue to another. It succeeds taking me figuring Inspector 
Fukuie’s mind map. Isn’t that what we want from a story? To be taken with the journey.
