Legend of Yun Xi

| Air: 2018.06.12 starts
| Episode: 48
| Cast: Ju Jingyi | Zhang Zhe Han
Han Yun Xi is the eldest daughter of doctor Han. Despite being talented in medicine and poison, Yun Xi leads a miserable life. Her mother died when she was young, her father abandoned her, even his concubine and her daughter bullied her. To make it worst, Yun Xi has scars on her cheek, people dubbed her an ugly girl.
However, one day The Emperor bestowed on her a marriage to his 4th brother, Prince Qin. The military prince is very serious and always out fighting. Little than Yun Xi knows she’s going to be the spy sent to sneak the prince. The prince’s mother is also against the edict, no mother would have her son married to such an ugly girl. It seems like the emperor takes his brother as an enemy and tries to strip his military power.

For Yun Xi, this marriage is a blessing because she’s finally released from her home. Even though she doesn’t know how her husband would be, she decides to make him her protector. Using her talent in dealing with poison, she slowly gets Prince Qin’s trust.

Han Yun Xi is a very bright girl, looking at her feels like looking at the sunflower. So nice. But, it doesn’t mean she’s always smiling. She’s very humane. There is a time she wonders how life could be so cold to her. She’s also described as talented poison master. She helps her husband dealing with his wounds so many times. Even so, she doesn’t put her chin up. Despite being arrogant, she serves as his sidekick. She keeps a female fragile side. She’s been a damsel in distress for thousand times and he keeps coming to save her ass. It's a pity because I really hope to get badass heroine in the end. haha. In the end, it's a typical hero in white knight saving the beauty.

Still, watching this typical idol drama is not bad for a change. Moreover, I’m falling to the two main casts. Saw Ju Jingyi in Detective Samoyeds, but she didn’t get enough screen time. She fits the role of a cheerful girl. On the other hand, Zhang Zhe Han is always young Lin Shu (Nirvana in Fire) for me. But, he can also play charming friendly young master like in Demon Girl (which I just watched the first episode so far. Haha). As Prince Qin, he keeps a flat expression, giving the aura of an elite. He doesn’t look like having a PMS cramp (as you can see in many cool characters), just a poker face. So, when he smiles toward Yun Xi, we know she’s special. *oh, my heart*
