Sakama Masakazu was in the sales department, but due to the poor result, he's transferred him to to an affiliated chain of pubs ‘Tori no Tami’ . Sakama is worried that his junior couldn't handle the clients, at least the way he did. The junior, Yamagishi Hiromi lacks initiative and hardly care about service, even though he's been working for two years.
Yamaji Kazutoyo is an elementary school teacher who's given a task to guide new teacher. His energetic style turns to be too much for the newbie. She becomes burdening with stress.
Sakama dan Yamaji meet when they take service of "rental oyaji" (old man rental), where they can talk about their problem to an old man. The man attentively listens to their complaints. Both are born on 1987 and called "yutori generation" (relaxed generation). While they struggle to fit the role of adult, they can't help but be complaining the lack positive attitude of those younger than them.
