Ryuga and Rian come to Line City to get Garo’s arm purified by Ryume-sama. It’s a peaceful city where horror can’t enter. However, the sacred priest has an ancient arm under her protection.The arm belonged to horror named Degoro, which can’t be destroyed.

But, a mystic tool named Agou steals the arm to use its power. Afraid of the enormous threat it might possess, Ryuga and Rian help Ryume-sama to find the culprit.

GARO is a tokusatsu series targeting mature audience, not only because it’s vulgar  scenes, but also it’s twisted plot. But, this movie is much friendlier than the series (meaning: no naked women here. lol).

The movie reminds us that there are various means to fight evil. Some might ride with a devil in order to complete the mission. Is it still a virtue if you use an evil method to save the world?
