Komikado sensei is assigned to defend a hospital on malpractice charge. The plaintiff lawyer, Kuzyo Kazuma is actually just a violent lawyer. He made living by threatening his opponent, but never through trial. His client is a woman who lost his husband after trying new drug.  

Without medical knowledge, Kuzyo is no match for Komikado. But, he comes with another tactic: snapping the hospital's director private affair. Both lawyers will do anything to win the case!
