Sukitte II na Yo

| Release: 2014
| Cast: Kawaguchi Haruna | Fukushi Sota | Nagase Tasuku

Tachibana Mei is quiet and doesn't like being around people. Since she hardly said anything, people spread bad rumour about her. Well, that's what people who don't know you usually do. Rumours always born from less knowledge.
It happens to the school's most popular boy, Kurosawa Yamato, as well. They think he's a womaniser. But, Yamato becomes interested in Mei for her strength even though she's always alone. He kisses her, but will she be easily becomes his?

This is a super simple romance story with lots of cute faces, mostly Ken On. Typical shojo manga, I won't even read.  But, it's really describing the simple life of teenager when trivial things around people they like can turn them crazy.

So, leave the story, let's talk about the colour. I find many teenager romantic movie to take pastel pattern as the background. It's really beautiful and it adds sentimental touch.  Nice work.
Although I have never consider Sota as icemen, I know why he got this role. He's on every magazine lately, just like when Matsuzaka Tori became school's idol in Kyou, Koi wo hajimemasu. I don't know how Yamato in the manga, but Sota is not the kind of guy who could pose as cool idol, right? He has very sweet face, serving style. He doesn't have the aura. Plus, he doesn't kiss beautifully. Well, he can learn from his toku senpai, Kiriyama Renn (in Switch Girl. he's good).
On the contrary, I love Haruna and her role. This is one of the story where the plain girl doesn't need to makeover to make her marvellous boyfriend happy. I like the idea.
