They finally get married in a small church. But, after a month after that, Nanami is killed. The culprit stole her bag. Seeing Juno in deep sadness, she stays on earth and becomes ghost. Because of her big fortune, police suspected Juno killed her for money. To clear this, Nanami decides to find her killer. However, it's really hard to do something when you're just spirit. Nanami finds help in lame psychic who can hear her voice and a little girl ghost who teaches her how to hold things.
Well, it's nothing new, right? It's the remake of US' popular movie by the same title in 1990. But, this is just Japanese style. Why do they keep making remake? I just read a dissertation mentioning this. According to that research Japanese style is "Tell me something I knew, but with the way I never heard it before". It's totally different from US' style which prefer novelty and everything fresh. SO, what do you think about this version of Ghost? It's pretty cute for me. Lots of pastel tones here and there.
