| Episode: 10
| Cast: Takahata Mitsuki | Takeuchi Ryoma
Nemoto Kahoko has always been spoiled like a baby even though she's a university student already. Her mother does everything for her: picking the clothes, preparing lunch, driving her to the station, even leading her job interview. As result, she lacks the common sense of an adult and always relies on her mother. She doesn't have any special skill to be proud of and totally have no goal in life.
One day, she meets Mugino Hajime, an orphan who keeps several part time jobs to support his life. He dreams of becoming an artist. But, the path is a rough one. Seeing how easy Kahoko takes her life annoys him. He can't help but criticizes her life style that makes Kahoko start thinking.
I met people like Kahoko in real life. Actually, it's not their fault. They're only victims of the conditioning created by their parents. Protective parents are cute, only when your kids are toddlers. The most important job a parent has is to prepare the children to survive. The easiest way is to let them engage in house chores. That's the basic skill a household can teach a child of.
Normally, children will leave the house when they're older. At least they have to know the basic surviving skill, right? Parents won't always be around for them. What would happen to these overprotected kids when parents gone?
Of course, each of us values different standard of living. My colleague never cooks for her family and let her husband buy food every day. Other rushes home every day to deliver a fresh meal for the kids. As long as she's happy and not giving me unnecessary work to help her, who am I to judge?
Since this dorama is really relatable to young adult and their parents, I find it very interesting. Not to mention every cast is good. Veterans and their juniors work together perfectly making this worth watching.
