The new transfer student, Hasegawa Kodaka, is a half. Thanks to that, he has blond hair and people think he's a yankee. So, he hardly get a friend. But, one day he witnesses a girl named Mikazuki Yozora talking to herself in an empty room. She, then, comes up with idea of establishing Neighbor's Club to accomodate people without friends. Weird people gathers and slowly they become comfortable with each other.
I don't think there's any rigid formula on how people make friends. Sometimes we just make friend because we're in the same class or club or work place. But, there are also times when we need to proof ourselves before being welcomed by our friend.
They have 2 seasons of anime for this story and I didn't even take it seriously. XD. The story is taken from light novel by the same title and I think the idea is cool. Setomaru reprises his blond appearance and it reminds me of Koizora (lucky he has better hair cut here). I love Takatsuki Sara and hoping her to appear in more popular show this year. She's beautiful. Kitano Kie has nice voice, but I just can't like her. Dunno why.
