Souta has been in love with his senior in high school. She’s a popular girl named Saeko, who’s always going out with every hot guys in the school. Even After they graduate, Souta still can’t grab Saeko’s heart. On a night before Valentine, Saeko rejects Souta’s chocolate and it snaps him right in the heart. She never wants him!
Burn in heart break, Souta flies to Paris to learn in famous Bonheur shop. It’s Saeko’s favorite chocolate’s brand. He imagines to get her attention by making her the best chocolate.
6 years passed and Souta has mastered the secret recipe. He’s now back to Japan to open his own shop. He’s so happy to have Saeko in front of his door wishing him the best. Yappari, making choco will attract her. But, Saeko is getting married in a week!!!
This is a dark comedy story packaged in dreamy vintage color. Beautiful casts, beautiful background, and beautiful insert songs. My heart stops when Matsujun pours his chocolate compound into trays. So beautiful.
I have never seen Satomi playing a bitch before. She looks super cute, anyway. I want to slap her character, but she’s so sweet. On the other side, I want to kick Souta for being so stupid. This kind of man is just disgusting. hahaha.
